Shipping Methods

Please make sure that I have your correct shipping address.  If your shipping address is different than the billing address, please let me know.  Also, if you are purchasing your item as a gift, let me know and I will be happy to send it without a receipt.

*Shipments outside of the United States, Alaska and Hawaii are dependent upon price to ship.  Please contact us for a rate quote.

*International orders are contingent upon location.  I can only estimate shipping time to countries outside of the United States. Please allow up to 6 weeks for an order to arrive, especially during busy holiday seasons.

*International Custom Documents:  I must fill out a customs form to ship to your country.  I will not falsify customs documents for any reason.  Thank you for your understanding.

*Taxes and Duties:  Your country may charge a duty or tax on merchandise arriving in your country.  Taxes and duties are the customer's responsibility. I do not reimburse any fees, duties, taxes or custom charges of any kind. All prices are listed as USD$.  Packages returned as unclaimed will be refunded for the cost of merchandise only. 

All merchandise is shipped in recycled packaging whenever possible.

Easy Returns & Exchanges

I want to make sure that you are 100% satisfied with your purchase. If an item is damaged in shipping, I will be more than happy to fix or replace the item free of charge.  (I do request that you let me know immediately if the package arrives damaged). 

If an item is defective for any reason, please let me know within 30 days.  I offer a 30-day warranty that covers any possible defective jewelry part.  This does not cover variations in stone color, texture or natural stone inclusions.

If you are unhappy with your purchase, you may return the item within 7 days of purchase for a full refund, not including shipping charges. Please let me know right away if you are sending something back, so I can keep an eye out for it.  I will refund the item, once I have it back in stock.  Personalized or Custom items are not returnable, as I take great care in making sure the item is exactly as ordered with process sketches during the creation of your special jewelry piece.
